Lobster n Shrimp Garlic Noodles

Ingredients:

2-3 Bags Shirataki Noodles (Cooked to Package Instructions)

2-3 Lobster Tails (Cooked and chopped)

1 Lb. Large Shrimp

¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese (Optional)

¼ Cup Light Soy Sauce   

¼ Cup of Yellow Onions (Chopped)

2 Tbs Green Onions (Chopped)

2 Tbs Minced Garlic

2-3 Tbs I Can’t It’s Not Butter or butter of choice

1-2 Tbs Brown Swerve

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbs Oyster Sauce

2 Tbs light Soy Sauce

½ Tbs Lobster Base (Optional)

2 Tsp Ginger Powder

2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

2 Tsp All Purpose Seasoning

1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

For Sauce:

1.       Combine Brown Sugar, Ginger Powder, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Worcestershire, Lobster Base, Red Peppers, and All-purpose seasoning. Mix in a bowl and set aside.

For Pasta:

1.       On medium heat add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add shrimp, and cook on both sides for 2 minutes. You can add a little all-purpose seasoning to each side of the shrimp. Add your lobster tails and toss for another minute or two. Remove from the pan

2.       Add another tablespoon of butter and toss garlic, green onions, and yellow onions until they have softened a bit. Add your sauce to the pan and increase temperature until it comes to a simmer. Allow the sauce to cook down and thicken up. Usually takes 5-6 minutes. Stir often.

3.       Add Cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until well coated. At this point you can add the parmesan and seafood as well. Garnish with green onions and enjoy.
