By this time, I’m sure many of you know me from a variety of my food posts online. From Boudin Balls to Candy Applewood Chicken Lollipops, it’s no secret that I love creating dishes that leave a lasting impression on the palate. I’ve always felt that food sets the mood wherever its served. It leaves both the first and last impression no matter the occasion.

For the most part everything I know was self-taught. I didn’t attend a culinary institution but chose the collegiate route instead. I tell people all the time If I could do it all over I would have definitely enrolled in Culinary school to learn every aspect of the art. Probably would’ve walked away not owing Sallie Mae as much either, but that’s a discussion for another day. Fortunately for me I had parents that gave me a strong foundation that I could use for years to come. ​

At the end of the day, I’m just an ordinary guy trying to cook extraordinary meals, and help a few people accomplish a goal or two along the way. Lets be honest, we have to settle for things every day. Some settle with jobs, some even settle with relationships (sips tea), the last thing we want to settle with is our food. I look forward to sharing a variety of specialty Low Carb and Keto meals that will be sure to satisfy every taste bud you have.
